❓ What is the World Boss Event?

The World Boss event is one of the most exciting things you can do on Ferocity RO. Powerful monsters, called World Bosses, appear rarely and are much stronger than regular monsters or even usual MVPs.

These bosses are so tough that no single player can defeat them alone. It takes the entire server, all players working together to bring them down!
If you join the fight, you can earn truly amazing rewards — rare and valuable items that you can’t get anywhere else!

⏰ When And How Do World Bosses Appear?

There are two main ways a World Boss appears:

1. When Players Help Each Other Kill Enough Monsters!

Every monster that players kill on Ferocity RO reduces a special server-wide kill count.
Once players reach a goal number of kills (together), a World Boss will get ready to appear!
You can check this kill count anytime using the @wb command or by talking to the World Boss Herald NPC in Prontera city.
When the boss is about to come, you’ll see announcements all over the server to warn you.

2. When It’s Scheduled by the Server

To make sure everyone gets a chance to fight the World Boss, bosses will also appear at specific times every week.
For example (check official server info for exact times):
- Wednesdays in the evening
- Saturdays in the afternoon or evening
- Sundays in the afternoon or evening

🛡️ How Can I Join The World Boss Fight?

Look Out for Announcements!
The server will tell everyone when a World Boss invasion is about to start — don’t miss it!
Get the Entry Fee Ready.
You’ll need to pay to enter the battle. You can pay either:
- 5 million Zeny (the in-game money)
  OR
- 1 Ferocity Coin (a special event currency)
Use the @wb Command or Talk to the Herald NPC.
You can instantly warp to the World Boss waiting area by typing @wb in chat or talking to the Herald NPC in Prontera.
At The Entrance, Pay the Fee to Get Into The Boss Map.
This fee makes sure the economy stays balanced. You’ll pay it each time you enter.

💥 What Happens During The Battle?

Work Together!
The World Boss is powerful — group up with friends or guildmates, or join others online!
Know Your Role:
- Attackers: Focus your damage on the boss! You’ll help bring it down faster.
- Healers and Support: Keep everyone alive and buffed — your job is just as important!
- Helpers: Some players can focus on killing minions or destroying objects the boss uses to protect itself.
Keep Moving and Stay Alert:
World Bosses have special attacks affecting the whole map or certain large areas. Dodge and avoid these!
You Must Deal Damage to Qualify for Rewards:
Only players who do enough damage to the boss will earn participation rewards. Use the @rank command or a damage rank NPC to see how much damage you’ve done.
Don’t Die! Normally, you need to be alive when the boss dies to get your rewards.

🎁 What Kind of Rewards Can I Get?

World Bosses offer some of the best rewards in the game! Here is what you can expect:

Rewards for Joining (Even If Not Top Damage)

Ferocity Coins (FC): Basic event tokens — you'll earn enough FC to cover your entry fee if you participated fully.
World Boss Tokens: Special tokens bound to your account. You redeem these tokens at a special shop for useful event items.

Rewards For Top Damage Dealers

Extra Tokens and FC: The more damage you do, the better your rewards!
MVP Bonus: The single biggest damage-dealer (MVP) may receive a unique bonus.

The Treasure Chest (Click After the Boss Falls!)

A secret chest appears after the boss is defeated. When you click it, you get:
- Rare upgrade materials for making charms stronger.
- Materials used for high-level weapon refining (+8, +9, +10).
- Unique and very rare charms and enchant scrolls.
- Special items for crafting cursed cards.
- Exclusive costume items just for event participants.
- A tiny chance to get very rare Pet Egg or Item (POD)!

Visit the World Boss Quartermaster NPC near the Herald in Prontera.
Spend your World Boss Tokens on:
