New Server Rates: 10,000x/10,000x

• I - Item use effects
• A - Attack animations
• B - Buff skill animations
• S - Status effects
• T - Target skill animations
• G - Ground skills (Storm Gust, etc.)
• M - Music/Dance/Songs
• D - Direction changes

Sub Flags (targets):

• S - Self | P - Party | G - Guild
• B - Battleground | C - Clan | O - Others
• H - Homunculus/Pets | M - Monsters
